RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

RETURNS: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unworn items within 90 days for an exchange or refund of your purchase price (receipt or invoice required). A merchandise return label is included in your package. If you have received the wrong or defective item, please call us at 1-888-260-7676 and we will promptly send you a pre-paid shipping label so you can exchange the item.

CREDITS: Any refunded amount will be credited to your card as soon as we have processed your return. Please allow one billing cycle for the credit to be issued. With no proof of purchase, your credit will reflect current retail pricing.

NOTE:  While we strive to process all returns within one week of receipt to our warehouse, please allow up to 14 business days for your return or exchange to be processed. For your protection, you may wish to insure your return package.
 

Complete the return form on the back of your invoice and send it along with the merchandise you wish to return to:

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within fourteen (14) days of the date of your purchase. To obtain a price adjustment on an online purchase, you must call 1-888-260-7676, or send us an email message at customerservice@sportif.com within the fourteen (14) day window. Include your order number in your email message. If you are within the deadline, we'll refund you the difference on your original form of payment.
