SHIPPING INFORMATION

GENERAL INFORMATION:Our warehouse is located in Northern Nevada. We ship orders between 8am and 3pm (PST) Monday through Friday. When you place an order, it will be shipped within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted. If you order an item that is on backorder, we will ship it to you as soon as it becomes available. You will not be charged for the order until it ships out. If you order multiple items, we will ship the in-stock items immediately and send the backordered items at a later date. You will not be charged shipping for the backordered item. Hemming will delay your order by 1-2 days. We will notify you of any other delays in delivery.

FREE SHIPPING: We offer FREE standard US shipping for orders over $125. Products ordered with standard shipping normally arrive within 5-7business days after placing your order. 2-day, next day and international shipping are available for an additional charge. Free shipping applies to the NET amount of your order.

The following US delivery options are available:

STANDARD (USPS): Allow 5-7 business days.

2-DAY (UPS): Allow 2 business days for orders placed before noon EST. Requires a street address, and not available for P.O. Box delivery. 

NEXT DAY (UPS): In a real hurry? Arrives the next business day for orders placed before noon EST, otherwise 2nd business day. Requires a street address and not available for P.O. Box delivery.

The following international delivery options are available:
  *NOTE: International orders ship when all items ordered are in stock. Backordered items delay final delivery. 
 

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD (USPS): For orders to locations outside the U.S., delivery time is 2-3 weeks. NOTE: Any import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser (be collected at time of delivery, USD funds).

INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS (UPS): For orders to locations outside the U.S., delivery time is 2-3 days. Not available for P.O. Box delivery. NOTE: Any import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser (be collected at time of delivery, USD funds).

METHOD OF PAYMENT: We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. (Sorry, no CODs.) All prices are in U.S. currency. We no longer accept checks.

TAX: Due to the continual changing of state tax laws, your order may be subject to tax. Many states require tax on merchandise, services (hemming), and shipping, while others do not. The tax section included below lists those states for which we are obligated to collect tax (current at this time). New states may be granted tax rights at any time. Please contact our customer service department to inquire about your state's present tax requirements.
